The application does not send this data anywhere from your device. Before recording any communication you should understand your legal responsibilities (which may include getting consent from all parties to the communication, etc.). The developer is not responsible for how you use recording features of the application.
2. Microsoft may collect certain information (e.g. crash reports, etc.) while you're using the application as stated in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. The developer is not responsible for how Microsoft collects and treats this data.
